Evonne and her kids loved their Kingsville address but were keen to transform their home to make it more
spacious, functional and family-friendly.

We reconfigured the layout, creating a new entrance and converting the original front door into a linen cupboard.
A new hallway, bathroom, powder room and laundry breathed new life into the front of the home while a stunning
new extension added a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen cabinetry in Polytec Legato Crisp White pairs perfectly with the subway-tiled splashback and
 benchtop in Essastone Caolino Matt (20mm). The island cabinets in Polytec Venette Oxford add a pop of
colour and personality to the fresh colour scheme.

The exposed brick hallway in the entry is another standout feature along with the Victorian Ash timber
benchtops in the laundry and bathroom.

Evonne and the kids absolutely love their ‘new’ home and we absolutely loved building it.
